Green and Grey (Alexandra)

The small, hooded apprentice sat cross-legged in the middle of the Training Grounds. Her head was down and her lightsaber floated infront of her calmly. To most people, she looked like a child, but to those who knew, they would know it was her, the naturally small, green-skinned creature. The noise of the training grounds did little to distract her, as she was challenging herself to meditate in loud places. Also, she was waiting for her master, as they were going to continue her training. Minna waited patiently, focusing on clearing her mind and keeping her lightsaber in the air.

Alexandra had been watching [member="Minna"] for the past ten minutes now infact, quiet and calm as she watched her padawan wait for her, not noticing her. Her feet brought her slowly over the ground now though, taking a seat across from Minna and speaking. "Sorry i am late, burnt my lunch and had to make the food all over again, i really should look into buying a refresher, so much faster than actually having to create my own meals." [member="Minna"]

At first it seemed like Minna was ignoring her, as she did nothing. But after a few moments, she held out her right hand as her lightsaber floated gently onto her palm. Minna opened her eyes, lifting her head so she was more visible under her hood, while placing her lightsaber into her robes. "Greetings, Master," She smiled. "What is to be our training today?"

"Well... lets see last time we worked on your abilities involving Telepathy... perhaps we can see if you can do well in Telepathy, prying into my mind and seeing how far you can delve before i can stop you you?" She waited for the answer and tapped her fingers on her legs to see what the student thought about that type of lesson. It was up to her after all and if [member="Minna"] did not wish to study that, Alexandra would not force her.

Minna nodded to her master. "Useful, is Telepathy. Learn it, I would like to." The Apprentice placed her hands on her lap, maintaining the smile faintly. "A challenge to delve into your mind, it will be."

Alexandra cleared her mind slowly and waited for the other woman to start, for the moment only basic defenses were brought up to protect her mind from any assaults, she would increase these defenses if the Padawan could delve deeper and break them but for now it was a test. [member="Minna"]

Minna closed her eyes, reaching out with the force towards Alexandra's mind. At first it was slow, only just scratching the surface, but then she pushed through, starting to feel vague memories from inside her head. She started to feel something blocking her progress, and so she focused all her concentration on passing it. After a few moments, she managed to break through, but she knew this was only the basic defense, and more were to come which she might not be strong enough to break through...

Alexandra merely created a similar defense but stronger now, she had other ways of keeping people out of her head, but for now she would show Minna the basic methods before she did something that could scar her student. After all Alexandra drew her strongest powers from fear, and that was something she was mroe than willing to use, and all to often had she used and taken in fear from herself, allies or enemies. [member="Minna"]

Minna pushed onward, starting to see more clear memories and feelings. However, yet again, she had stumbled upon another defense. This time, she spent a few moments thinking over it, before using all her energy to try and break through it. The defense broke, and she started to see even clearer into the mind of her master. However, breaking through the defense had used up alot of her energy, and she was unsure if she could continue, nevermind break through another defense...

Alexandra felt her student lose a bit of energy in that last time, knowing if she put up another one that Minna would not pierce it any time soon. So instead she gave [member="Minna"] a repreave to explore and wander in Alexandra's mind for a bit and poke around, though she wasnt deep enough that she could accidentally cause harm, only explore the memories that she held in her mind.

Minna felt her master's mind open as she explored. She seemed to have gotten the hang of keeping the connection and searching around, she just knew she'd need more practice on breaking defenses. After satisfying herself with her ability to explore the mind, Minna thought she'd try something. She tried to talk to [member="Alexandra Cinthra"] telepathically, sending her voice faintly from her mind into her master's mind. "Interesting, this is..."

Minna would notice a sudden shift as her consciousness was pulled from her and she appeared in a compound that split in three directions, and should she glance behind her, the way was blocked by rubble. After a moment Alexandra's own body appeared, smiling at Minna. "Welcome to my mind, sorry its a bit tight, you know how someone's mind takes on a familiar setting." She looked around at her first true home, drawing a hand across the center door. "Ready for a bit of Exploring?" [member="Minna"]

Minna's face was one of pure surprise. "Exploration, hmm? Very well." She then smiled, walking forward and realising she didn't need her walking stick in... whatever this was...
"Choose the appearance of this place, do you?" She asked, examining it with great curiousity.

Alexandra shook her head as she fell in beside her student and let her pick the path. "No, but this was my first and true home, i guess my subconscious looked to that fact when i desired to create a more... tangible way for you to practice your abilities into telepathy, note i will still give you barriers, but this will make things... easier for you to overcome them as every action you take, including these steps are like breaking though mental barriers." [member="Minna"]

Minna looked down at her feet, then back up. She chose to walk straight ahead, feeling that more important things would be that way. "A weird thing, the mind is." The Apprentice nodded, walking along, only just getting used to having no stick, and examining what was around her constantly.

"It is strange but it works out that way." Alexandra walked with the woman as they entered a memory, this one of Alexandra sitting with the man who had become her master and father out under the stars. "Ahh... this was a good memory..." She let Minna watch or continue on, after all Alexandra could not force her to stay.

Over by the two a conversation could be heard, him talking about the night and the stars. "Out there, a world is far different from the one that i have exposed you too, i mean you know about Corellia, and you know about this place, but there are temples and tombs, planets of fire and ice. Things that you could never begin to imagine out there in the world beyond our little piece of this galaxy..." The much younger, silver haired and eyed Alexandra nodded as she tapped her fingers on her leg, the early form of her nervous tick.

Minna watched with a slight sense of wonder. The younger version of Alexandra intrigued her, and this Master of hers seemed wise. "What became of him?" She asked, half-dreading the answer as she pointed at him with one of her three fingers.

"He taught and cared for me, six years at least... i for once do not remember when it happened nor the event, but the pain is still there... perhaps we will find it, though this is part of what i meant about the barriers. The door is over there, but it is not like the first, you will encounter the fact that it is harder to open and will force you to pull harder. By this i mean that instead of your muscles being what pulls on it... well go try."

Minna cautiously approached the door, looking at its frame. As she reached out her hand and laid it upon the handle, she felt she could not turn it. Closing her eyes, she tried to get help from the force, channeling it to aid her in opening the door. After half a minute, Minna nearly gave up. Until suddenly, a click was heard, and the door slowly opened, allowing Minna to pass through. "Hmm," She grunted, walking into the next area. "Prefer Telekinesis, over this I do."

"They both use the same will only in a different way, you are merely a tool for what your mind does whether it be to lift something with the force or push into the next area of the mind...to which here we are." Alexandra looked up as Minna's question about what happened to the man was answered. Alexandra herself watched it.

Standing over the unconscious body of Alexandra his blade pressed against that of another, his eyes staring into the man that could only be considered as a Sith due to that man holding a red blade. Alexandra stirred but unnoticed as the two men traded blows and continued to fight without a single word to the other, stones on the ground of all size as those stones were used by the two as well. It would continue like this for now, not ending soon.
