grey sith???

we all know about grey jedi and what they stand for to walk the line between dark and light without submitting fully to the light nor getting corrupted by the dark side and most where a course ex jedi what about this from a siths POV we never get a really good insight into the light side from a siths point of view we do but not its properties which make it attractive to many like how the dark side curious and well-known nature of offering power I quote Darth sidious": the dark side is a gateway to abilities some would say unnatural": end quote, along with promising to protect and even bring back to live those the person loves in the case of Darth Vader. im curious myself on what the light side could offer a sith persuading him/her to which to a Greys or even to the jedi

Someone should look up the first jedi to leave the order to become sith. I tried being a Grey Sith...it was complicated and you will NEVER be strong with the light or dark side as someone your same rank. Basically, you use sith lightning and another acolyte uses it, you lose, Grey means your power only lies in the neutral. Like all powers, draw backs.

.. The first Jedi to leave the order were known as Dark Jedi, because they practiced the dark side. They weren't known as Sith because the Sith Empire was unknown at that point, and they had no cool names to give them. They were also the original Sith Lords and were purely evil - only one of them repented for his wrongdoings, and it was thousands of years later in a video game.

They were in no way "grey sith".

The only Sith I could possibly think of that runs closer to what I assume you mean is Darth Veles - and I think he'd take offense to being compared to Dark Jedi and Jedi.

The light side is the antithesis to the dark side, that means it is a place where those who are power hungry generally do not exist. (At least in terms of power-hungry for power in the force) The only thing I could possibly think of would be to redeem them so they wouldn't be condemned to Chaos (Hell) for eternity after death - but that would mean never using the dark side again.

They started out as Jedi who wanted to know the whole Force and BECAME the Sith. I honestly see no real difference between a dark and grey jedi. Dark Jedi only lean a little more to the left.

Grey Jedi do not utilize the dark side of the force. They get as close to that point but never cross the line. A Dark Jedi is a darksider whom makes use of the dark side of the force.

It is like comparing Anti-Heroes to Villains.

Most advanced Darkside Force abilities require the individual to be fully submerged in the Darkside. As a Grey Sith, you will be hampered to learn more powerful applications of the Darkside. Look at KOTOR (original version for X-box), try maintaining being in the grey area and you will find that your abilities are far more weaker than those if you chose one of the two aspects of the Force.

Also, to refer to [member="Darth Veles"] as a Dark Jedi will only get yourself hunted by Sith that can get you in your sleep :)

Sabrina would also take offence to being called a dark jedi, as dark jedi have no code of honour, nor do they have the ability to work with their emotions.
