Good Ol' Scoundrel

Name: Griggs Malone
Loyalties: Vitor Avendahl and direct affiliates
Role: Foreman of the first Corondex Arms factory on Vorzyd IV. District Manager Soon™
Development Threads: Appearances: Hostile Takeover: Chapter I
Age: 51 years old
Species: Human
Appearance: Wrinkled frow, deep blue eyes, slightly protruded nose and very sinister look. A stereotypical appearance for a working class man, with thicker fingers that have seen a lot of work, rather unwelcoming facial expression but charismatic nonetheless even to those who might see him as obnoxious.
Dressed normally in black colored clothes or at least never seen in light colored clothing, Malone does not stand out much from the general crowd of the working class of the Vorzyd system. He is taller than the average human and a bit bulky.
Personality: A cunning man compared to his peers, he is an opportunist by heart. He has climbed the ladder of the rough underworld of the Vorzyd system thanks to his backstabbing maneuvers after which he always came out clean. Nonetheless, this does not speak of a genius. Maybe, a genius when compared to his usual social surrounding but certainly not some master of schemes or anything close to that.
Yet, he does the job right and has no morale.
Although capable of deceiving people that he is a very independent person, Malone is able to follow instructions as if he is reading from a script. It is safe to say that at least he is capable of fooling the crowd. Power-hungry but afraid of repercussions from those that are able to crush him to the ground, Malone seems to molded to be a great tool to those better than him.
Force Sensitivity: N
Weapon of Choice: Blaster Pistol
Skills:
Wealth: Above Average compared to Vorzyd's working class.
Combat Function: Brawler: He has been in many cantina fights in his life.
Notable Possessions: A steel telescopic baton, a blaster pistol, a golden ring.
History: A native of Vorzyd V's slums, Malone grew up in the concrete jungle of the lower levels of the Gambler's World. Forced to work at the age of fourteen made him drop out of school early. A working class family's child with a younger sister, Malone spent his teenage years - working, playing cards, smoking, drinking and occasional stupid idea of robbing something.
Slightly bigger than most of his peers, he dominated them with fists when someone challenged his authority. Nonetheless, he was as skilled with his words that it helped him dissuaded those who planned to gang up on him. Griggs' life did not change drastically for many years ahead.
Until when he was around thirty when he was approached by One Sith intelligence operative. That is when his pockets were full with credits since he began doing whatever work the operative wanted him to do. Incite unrest, strikes, even kill those that unsuspected his actual loyalty. Rounding up people who trusted him and sending him towards the operative's way. He did not need a reason. As long as his pockets were full, the booze endless and the women prettier each day, Malone was happy.
In the end, he never cared or knew what the operative's final goal was. To what end he was doing all this. Most likely something had to do with the fact how wealthy Vorzyd V was. Or maybe not. Malone did not really care much.
When the operative disappeared, Malone was stuck in debt due to overspending and had to immediately start figuring out how to pay back his debts to loan sharks who were ready to bite his head off.
That's until one day he found out his debts were paid and he had been offered a job - a foreman in a new factory on Vorzyd IV.
The bag of credits that awaited him in his apartment were the sign that he made a deal with the devil.
And he loved it.
Intent: An important figure in Vitor Avendahl's storyline series 'Hostile Takeover' which are going to span into a few chapters.
