- Single Craft Space: Unlike the previous models, the Mark III does come with a Single Craft Hanger
- Greater Thick Armor: The Mark III has the heaviest armor out of all the marks, allowing it to take more punishment
- Super Slow: The Mark III is slower than the other models, falling behind them in terms of speed
- Very Low Maneuverability: The Mark III has very low maneuverability compared to the other models of the class
- Power Overload: Due to more systems being used to power the Mark III, it is common for it to overload the generators
The Grunnar-Class Heavy Frigate Mark III is the last generation of the Grunnar-Class designed to be the primary frigate used in a naval setting while the other Mark I and II are mainly used for harassing the enemy away from firing at the main battlecruisers of the Brotherhood of Darkness. The Order of Saithon underneath the command of their Dwarrow Forgemaster would begin production almost instantly after the flaws were discovered on the Mark II, ironing out those flaws was paramount to securing the future of the Brotherhood of Darkness. While the Brotherhood Navy was going to be in poor shape compared to the well established cruisers and patrol fleets of the other powers. The cheap but effective policy of the Forgemaster would allow them to replace vessels and vehicles underneath their control without much issue. While the Grunnar-Class Mark II was more powerful than the Mark I, the Mark III that is going to replace it it the pinnacle of Dwarrow Engineering and has been made more sturdy than either of the previous models to withstand more punishment during battle. The supplies coming in from the Mancheron Association of Manufacturing and Commerce was enough to rebuild the Mark III from the frame of the Mark II, saving the brotherhood overall from having to build one from scratch.
Like all the other models within the Brotherhood, it was shown to the Lord of the Brotherhood Kyrel Ren and with his approval the production for the faction would begin on schedule and without delay. The factories underneath the Great Vault would allow them to push these vessels out due to their relatively simple construction and the fact that they were of dwarrow design. The Dark Thane Lord himself would personally take the Mark III has his personal vessel until the time came for him to make his own flagship. The brotherhood of darkness would soon begin to expand with its mighty fleet of warships, being cheap but effective enough to enforce its rule when they began to expand in the name of bogan.
