As the landscape of the galaxy has changed, more and more groups are changing, adapting, and preparing. With the Collapse of the Galactic Alliance at the hands of the Sith Empire, the Rise of the New Republic, and the Victory of the Outer Rim Coalition against the First Order at Skor, the galaxy is needing freedom fighters, teams who are ready to take up arms and do what is necessary to defeat the darkness.

And that was when the idea came together, to form a strike group of individuals who were ready, willing, and able to take up arms against the darkness. A team assembled from the remains of a fighter squadron of ORC and Alliance personnel, and open to anyone who aligns themselves against tyranny and darkness.

What the we are looking for are people, who are ready to assemble to fight back the darkness. Starfighter pilots who are capable in the multiple arenas, from the cockpit, to being ready to take the fight to the enemy, face to face, with blaster or blade.

More of a gathering of unique individuals, tied together by a common goal than an actual trained military unit, Guardian Squadron assembles to assist anyone who calls for their aid, but their methods are their own

The Darkness is rising​

Tyranny is gaining a hold in the galaxy​

But the good in the galaxy remains​

Scattered and unfocused​

But a message comes through from the darkness​

A call for Unity​

A call for Defense​

A call to arms​

With the fall of the Galactic Alliance, and the rise of the New Republic, and the redistribution of the galactic struggle, there is a call to the galaxy to prepare to defend, to join in with one another. And fight back. The Outer Rim Coalition has pushed back the First Order with a victory at Skor II, the Sith Empire continues its collection of worlds on the Rim of the galaxy. Other powers sit, and struggle, and all can gain assistance from one another.

One part Dirty Dozen, one part elite squadron, the Guardians are a light leaning group of heroes who will band together, putting aside their differences in opinion and approach, to push against the encroaching darkness and bands of tyranny.

A galactic network of beacons will signal the way as burning lighthouses, calling for those who will defend, the Guardians will arrive, many times with what equipment they’ve gathered on their own, others moving from locations where the powers that be are leaving equipment drops, and many others still, striking out from approved starships that are used to shelter and transport the beings who have become soldiers for the good side.
