STANDARD FEATURES
ADVANCED SYSTEMS
  • Latching System: Like the HA-3 Hutthound, the HA-4 Rimhawk is equipt with a latching system under it's wings that allows for universal heavy lift of various vehicles and modules. Capable of lifting a single fighter tank, a 14 troop module, or various weapons packages.
STRENGTHS
  • Good firepower.
  • Relatively fast and agile for a gunship.
  • Latching system allows for flexibility.
WEAKNESSES
  • Not as agile when carrying any modules or vehicles.
  • The tail is relatively thin.
  • Rear blind spot for pilot and gunner.
DESCRIPTION
Designed for the Rimward Trade League, the HA-4 Rimhawk was meant to provide gunship support of the RTL's military. Built faster and more agile than the larger Hutthounds, the Rimhawks are quite agile and quick on their own, and the dual Urrs allow for superb firepower, along with 2 Strill launch tubes. The craft also features a universal latching system, capable of lifting fighter tanks or similarly sized modules, at the cost of speed. It is also notable that pilot and gunner visibility isn't the best, and that the thin tail is a weak point, but overall the Rimhawks perform their job well.
