- Skills: A master of ceremony, diplomacy and administration. Halion has polished other useful traits during the years such as becoming a expert in what he defines only as 'serving' which means always trying to please his masters, including becoming a excellent manager of the affairs of a household, slicer of data, well lectured in philosophy, sociology and lore. And from his past as a soldier Halion skill keeps up with his practice of Teräs Käsi alongside his sharp eye in his sniping skills.
- Personality: Courteous, polite and stern are the words that define Halion Nelacar, famous for being an perfect example of proper education and subservience to his masters. He is a traditionalist who follows the old customs of his people by the book, always organizing everything, from balls to dinners, as traditions dictate. Others may say that he can be quite demanding with the remaining staff, most being due to his duties forcing him to be intolerant on any sort of failure, but doing it so in a polite manner, well controlled and moderated with little evidence of a tendencies leading to violence, by never raising his voice and always speaking in a lower tone than others. Secretly, Halion holds disgust towards humans which he rarely shares with others, such as his addiction towards gambling.

- Combat Function: Once a soldier in his younger days that loyally served in the royal army of his people. Nelacar is able to handle a firearm if necessary, a practice closely kept by him even in his prime years to keep the mind sharp and his fingers in shape to defend his position and to face several enemies if his life depends on it, but it is believed by him that the years of working behind the curtains and in the kitchens have also taken their toll on his martial art.
- Well-Informed - Halion knows where to get things. Nelacar has easy access to get information about people and events, he does not talk much about where he gets those information but it is believed that it is on bars and pubs that he finds out everything he wants to know.

WEAKNESSES:
- A Dubious Loyalty - His loyalty remains with Lunafreya's father, Iedolas, he loyally serves the king of Kaikielius and reports to him everything about his daughter, much to her chagrin.
- A Spiteful Butler - It is said that servants know how to forget an intrigue by remembering their places, but this is not the case with Nelacar, he remembers all those who done him wrong, and, according to rumors, can be a suspect to the strange events that happened to some of those people that apparently suffered ill-fates.
- A Sociopath - Nelacar has no love for those he consider to be 'beneath' him. He does not even recognize their value and it is said that from time to time, Nelacar frequents certain hidden establishments where he can indulge certain desires for exercising violence towards people.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Nelacar began his career serving in the royal army of Kaikielius where he became the most condecorated cadet of his time. Starting a long military career that would last for almost fifty years, Nelacar was elevated to the position of lieutenant in the royal army after serving in the intelligence branch for nearly thirty years and being decorated as a knight of Kaikielius. At the suggestion of his senior officers, Nelacar was transferred and assigned to serve at the Royal Palace, where he soon became a trusted servant of His Majesty, the High King of the Elzeri.
With the confidence of Iedolas Solidor, Nelacar was named Steward of the newborn princess Lunafreya and since the day the princess was born he has been doing his duty at the orders of his king and lord. A childless man, Nelacar shares his private time with his nephews and says they socialize with some women among the commoners, but he has never commented on retirement or marriage.
In his service for the Duchess, Nelacar played a key role in her little domain over the province of JanFathal. By tracking information on the ones in power, Nelacar provided all the information regarding those that could stand a threat to her dominance, and her is said to keep a web of spies still in his service on the planet where he provides a list of possible traitors or those with uncertain loyalties to his mistress.
