BIOGRAPHY:

Born on an unnamed Rakatan slave world, Hallowed Silence never knew his original name. His people had a culture similar to the violent Esh-kha, based on honor and glory in battle. His homeworld was attacked by the Esh-kha during their rebellion phase against the Rakatan Infinite Empire. Rather than be destroyed like most of the Esh-kha's military targets, Hallowed Silence was adopted into the Esh-kha culture. His skill in stealth warfare, and his reserved demeanor, earned him the name 'Hallowed Silence'. Despite being raised from a young age by Esh-kha, he never really accepted their ways entirely, preferring to make his decisions based on the situation rather than an honor code. This eventually led to his betrayal by the Esh-kha, during a failed attack on Kashyyyk. The Esh-kha ordered Hallowed Silence into an Imperial ambush, leaving him injured. When he returned in failure to the Esh-kha, they collapsed a cave on top of him. He was recovered after the Empire drove the Esh-kha off the planet, by Predor Skau'nosk of the Infinite Empire, and, when Skau'nosk realized Hallowed Silence's Force-sensitivity, trained him to augment his stealth capabilities with the Force. Skau'nosk, along with his subordinates, Warlord Grasjti and High Priestess Uhrsaa, gave Hallowed Silence a new occupation as an assassin of the Infinite Empire. When Pristess Uhrsaa has a vision of the far future, where an anti-Rakatan zealot puts into place a devastating plot to destroy Imperial symbols of power across the galaxy. Desiring to keep these artifacts intact, Skau'nosk takes Grasjti, Uhrsaa, and Hallowed Silence to Belsavis, where they construct a time-travel device. Once this device begins functioning, Skau’nosk sends Hallowed Silence into the future with the help of Uhrsaa and her sorcery, to assassinate the aggressor before the Rakatan holy items are destroyed. After being sent forward in time many thousands of years, equipped with the consciousnesses of his masters living in his mind, he found Belsavis, the time travel site, abandoned save for the modern prison complex. His connection to the Force, unfortunately, was greatly diminished by the ritual. He located a Rakatan starship, then captured four Force-sensitive prisoners. He placed these prisoners in machines that converted the dark side emotions, such as fear and hatred, that the prisoners were forced to feel, into energy. This energy fueled the hyperdrive of the ship, which he named ‘the Jade Marauder’. Leaving Belsavis on this ship, but unable to determine the location of Lehon, the homeworld of the Rakata species, he begins a journey across the galaxy to rediscover the route back home.
SHIP:

Ancient Rakatan personal transport. Force-fueled hyperdrive, powered by four prisoners' dark side emotions.
