I would be interested though I feel that the layout of the Hand itself is rather poor restricting each seat to someone in that field. There are many criminals fields and the Hand doesn't encompass this. If the Hand was freeform in who sat the seats it would be much easier for those who don't fit the niche and perhaps fairer in that regard.

Hand is still pretty much wip. I'm personally for a inclusive leadership, but for the sake of having some degree of background lore to get people interested in the faction I worked out some system lol. Depending on interest and how this faction grows the hand can change completely lol

I guess we will scarp the titles and just have four High Crime Lords (Cooler name will follow soon), it thats okay for you all. Because if so we could have our first four Lords lol.

Not sure if I stated or not. IC Lysle will be taking an interest and note of this faction but otherwise he won't be stepping forward to assist unless there is some significant movement going.
