Strength:
- Ethereal: Hannibal is actually a spectre possessing a host body that he changes into his own by using magic to replace their DNA with his own. This allows himself to freely change hosts at a whim.
- Defense against mental abilities: Any force user who attempts to enter Hannibal's mind would only find a perversion of nature that would make them retch.
- Cunning: Hannibal is very cunning, being able to know what to do and who to manipulate.
- Deceiver: Hannibal will lie to get whatever he wants and it is nearly impossible to tell if he is lying.
- Eloquent: Hannibal is a speaker and he can convince people to do brutal things. This silver tongue is possibly his strongest weapon in the galaxy.
- Strategist: Hannibal was groomed for command and as such knows much about political and martial ways of going about things.

- Natural Witch: Being resurrected gave Hannibal a stronger connection to the force than he had in life, increasing his ability to wield such power.
Weaknesses:
- Inbred: Through many generations of incest, Hannibal has a few issues both mentally and physically, which both increased with his "death".
- Physically Weak: Hannibal has always been on the weaker side physically, preferring to use guile to get what he desires.
- Obsessed with becoming Emperor: Hannibal wants nothing less than to become the Emperor of Effekt, only his sister stands in his way.
- Mentally Unstable: Due to House Borish's inbreeding, Hannibal has been left with minor mental issues. Then he was burned and brought back but this only increased the severity of it.
- Terrible with technology: Hannibal has a lack of respect for technology, preferring mysticism to science.
- Ethereal: Hannibal is ethereal and when he has no host this causes many issues such as being Force dead.
- Arsonphobia: Due to being killed by fire originally, Hannibal now has a severe fear of being burned and cannot go near wild fires.

Appearance:
Hannibal has long black hair that almost always flow backwards neatly from his face. It is messy and unkempt during his witch rituals and when is frustrated or stressed. It also can be funneled into a ponytail through the back of his helmet if he allows it to. Hannibal is also considered very handsome, though this is due to the selective inbreeding that also lead to many mental issues that he has had throughout his life. He has a pointed jaw and a very clean shaven face. Hannibal's appearance is entirely magical though and it can change through various means such as Hannibal willingly changing it or he sustains too much damage.
