DESCRIPTION
The labour, design philosophy and operations locations of Hardhorn Assembly comes originates from an Onderon based Mandalorian settlement. The initial funding and much of the advanced knowledge and technology comes from the parent company, Phaseera Manufacturing. What started out as a long-shot low-returns investment by Chaussidier has over time blossomed into a Mandalorian company of shipbuilders and innovators. As time has passed, however, the contacts between the parent company and its subsidiary have grown few and far between. While Phaseera Manufacturing has legal control of Hardhorn Assembly, controlling independent minded Mandalorians can be hard in practice. In some way, Hardhorn Assembly is more similar to a clan than an actual company.

Over the years, the company has suffered a tragic loss of experienced workers who have often chosen war over work. It relies heavily on databases from Phaseera Manufacturing, young innovators and knowledge passed from generation to generation. Still, it has a healthy number of workers who split their time between assembling ships and honing their prowess in combat. Naturally, the company's defences are formidable. This has, at times, allowed the company to offer mercenary-like services to well-paying customers. It has also meant relative peace in the vicinity of where they operate.

At present, the company is controlled by Veshok Rook who leads the Mandalorians which the company consists of. With a workforce which mainly requires food, living quarters and gear, the cost of operations is relatively low.

The company leans towards pragmatic designs but makes sure to add some flair where possible.
