Strengths:
Speed: Her biggest attribute is her rate of speed, sacrificing squadrons and armament in favor of speed and maneuverability. The Haven’s primary role is the evacuation of refugees from wherever they may be, thusly getting in and out of what may be a combat zone with said refugees is the priority here.
Weapons: Lacking weapons of any sort to defend herself with, the Haven II is perhaps one of the most vulnerable ships around.
Light Shields: The Haven II’s only call for defense is a civilian starship shield which by no means can hold up near as long as sustained fire as a military-grade shield.
Little about the Haven has changed from her previous incarnation, she still bears no teeth and has very little in the way of defense. The difference here is her size and speed, if you look at her she doesn’t appear to be any smaller than her predecessor. On the specifications, it’s easy to see that she’s lost a few meters. Next is her speed, the engineers at Primo Victoria tweaked the Haven I’s engines loosening up key parts and tightening others enabling the Haven II to both run and maneuver faster than she had before.
Stripped of guns and most defenses, the Haven II remains as an evacuation route. An enlarged cargo capacity enables it to hold food, water, and some basic necessities for refugees. As before, it is not a permanent solution for those it ferries but it is an option and a way out of harm's way whatever that may be.
