Havoc Combat Solutions started off as the remnant of Djacen Sunstriker's special forces command. They began operations on Nubia, a system near the core and on a well used hyperlane, allowing HCS to take contracts fairly easily. Through the first years of it's formation, they took small contracts with independent organizations, a few of them with Underworld ties. These small contracts added up to enough to start a formal training base, for which Djacen chose Chalacta, an out of the way planet that was still near enough to a hyperlane to make it a good launching point for contracts. HCS continued in this vein for a while, operating contracts and expanding their operations slowly, until the Metal Lords came to Nubia. Djacen kept his small operation out of the way of the Droids' expansion, but enjoyed the stabilized atmosphere as it helped his company grow. Shortly after the Metal Lords solidified control over Nubia and surrounding systems, Djacen was able to secure facilities for bases on two more planets, which he designated as Extreme Climate Training posts. With the income and capitalist nation he was headquartered in, Djacen was also able to buy out a small weapons and armor manufacturer, becoming both more profitable, and more self sufficient with the one buy out.
RATIONALE
Djacen Sunstriker started Havoc Combat Solutions shortly after the fall of the Galactic Republic. Prior to this, he had been a high level command officer with Republic Special Forces. As the end of the Republic became a surety, Djacen removed himself and those soldiers who wished to follow him to Nubia and organized a small mercenary operation. If the galaxy wanted war, Djacen figured the least he and his soldiers could do was get paid well for it.
