He is physically varying in age, through and through as he can be a stable fit man in his thirties or even twenties or he can be ragged old, partially falling apart with some body parts not being in the right place or in the right quantity.

The man and the monster.
He is a 6ft 5 foot tall man with dark caramel sun kissed skin and very dark brown beard and hair.
He is when stable in his physical form he looks like an incredibly fit and alluring man with flawless skin and warm amber eyes with slight tints of brown. He seems like a kind man with pearly teeth that wears very form fitting clothing and has a seductive aura to his mannerisms and presence.
As he loses stability his physical form starts to change, his eyes shifting from brownish amber to sith yellow and eventually dark crimson red. His skin starts to become more discolored and gray as scars start to appear, his form twists and his muscular physique starts lessening and he becomes more ghoulish and slim, eventually extra eyes, mouths, hands, fingers start appearing, his body starts to eventually lose human proportion at minimum stability.
How stable he is physically is dependant on several factors.

DARK SIDE User: He is an extremely powerful dark side user that while has strayed away from some usual sith practices like using a lightsaber or any weapons at all and fully leaning into the force in his means of combat.

Bodily Changes:
Hos body has been completely changed in a state of being semi alive. His cells degenerate and regenerate at accelerated rate and more freely obey his force influence. This requires a lot of life force as he needs to feed on others to keep a stable form, by using drain to drain their life. He can fully destroy someone's existence in the force or any afterlife. Sometimes physically feeding on sentient beings flesh also helps. What keeps him more sated os when the life force is tainted by the dark side - He prefers consuming victims that are in agony or are currently suffering greatly to make the feeding more efficient.
The ability he gains in return is control over his body like limited shapeshifting - he doesnt even wear clothes as he can.command his cells to form an outfit. He can harden his cells into structures that can pierce plastoid or spread himself like a smoke mist that can move quickly. He can willingly change his physiology giving himself extra arms or eyes as long as he remains the same body mass.
Weaknesses:
Bad weapons user
Needs food and life force to function.
Without someone to drain or if his drain can be resisted he can easily be outlasted in a battle of he uses his shapeshifting abilities.

Personality: To people at first he seems like an extremely flirty and charming rich patron, as he is born in a rich family business, or so it is believed and is a charming flirty man that flaunts his looks. He seems carefree and fun. Ehat is below is a cruel cynicist. In his eyes people choose to be monsters, and you can be a person and a good one and be follower of the dark side, yet he chose to be a monster - because being a person meant forgiving the unforgivable - the thing the jedi did.
Bio: A father scorned.
He only remembered one thing as the beggining of his life - the birth of his son on daughter - the day he became a father. The moments before that were a blur and void, as he can only recall them. Those innocent little creatures turned into the meaning of his life. At this point he was already a dark side of the force user, but he was not cruel - he never got consumed by the desire for power - he was choosing to be human in his eyes. He resisted the urge od going deep into the dark side, as he knew what it drove to. His children also manifested force abilities, and they were discovered by jedi. He was forced to hide his powers, but he didn't hate the fact his children would become jedi - the light side of this order seemed less reasonable and they agreed to keep allowing the father to be with his kids - love seemed like something they cherished, not avoided.
This though, didn't stop that specific order for being wring in other ways - while not apparent at forst they slowly showed a sick form of fanaticism, violent strides to purity - where they eliminated everything that they even suspected being dark side. Once his lids questioned the morality of their orders, they were left behind, left to die.
This was a turning point for the darksider as only one thing was left in him - revenge. He went to extremes, breaking his body to become string enough, to become a monster, no longer afraid to die as he was driven by one strong feeling - hatred. That jedi sect disappeared in one night. He barely remembered what he did, but reports of the event detail that the order was mauled like to a beast.
After there was revenge, there was nothing. Just existence - there was no point except to keep existing - the choice was made for him. He became a monster living on feeding on other's suffering. He no longer cared - the only thing that drives him is hedonism and the desire to cause pain that he had written into his existence. In a way, he is for now lost. There is no cause, only victims.
