This is a big fricken gun. The Herglic Big Gun (Blaster Pistol Model) Was designed by Sienar Army systems at the request of Darkwater Security in order to arm their exceptionally large employees. Because of their size, beings like Herglics have a hard time wielding standard weaponry. To this end Sienar invented the Herlig Big Gun as the ultimate weapon in Herglic Personal Security.

The weapon itself is a high powered “pistol” designed for Herglic hands. It is a semi automatic weapon with a 250 shot capacity in a box power cell inserted underneath the grip of the weapon.

The “pistol” is more of a rifle in actual power and ability due to its size. It is labeled a pistol, only because of the intended clientele. It is a high powered and relatively short ranged weapon with armor piercing capability derived from galven circuits clustered near the focusing crystal. This gives the weapon high stopping power against armored opponents.

The weapon has a reflec-black coating giving it a matte finish as well helping hide it from sensors. This will only keep the weapon hidden for so long, as its so fricken huge.

The weapon system further has the option for semi automatic standard firing or may be purchased with a stun setting giving it a versatile mission profile.

My apologies, I brushed over this before, but all measurements need to be in metric. Furthermore I'm going to need clarification on this "Self-recharging power cell". Can I get a wookiee link or Factory submission?

Yes it does. "The DC-15s side arm blaster was a heavy blaster pistol created by BlasTech Industries for the Grand Army of the Republic. DC-15s pistols were used by clone commandos as a backup in addition to the heavier DC-17m Interchangeable Weapon System. The energy cell kept the blaster recharging at a slow but steady rate."

Okay I think I know what happened. When I edited the first time maybe it didn't stick? I just edited it again to have the proper link in there (which it was already showing for me but whatever). I was linking to the wrong article originally but I changed that when I edited it to Minor production. So I don't know why you aren't seeing what I'm seeing.

You linked me to the DC-15s Carbine, not the blaster pistol mentioned in your post. Additional disrespect in this manner towards the judges as they ask for proper links/edits will see your submission denied. In any case considering the blaster pistol originates less as an example of tech and more as a game-mechanic to prevent players from running out of ammo in a first person shooter I'm going to have to ask you to find an alternate power source or complete a dev thread to the effect of creating/discovering the tech.

Though 250 shots seems a bit excessive for a heavy pistol this is really more of a rifle size-wise, and the E-11 was noted to have around 500 shots so 250 isn't that big of a deal.
