- + One of A Kind - Many eggheads, engineers, designers, construction workers, fabricators, millwrights, less than desirables, and other groups contributed to the construction of this vessel. Suggestions for everything were taken into account.
- + Heavy Weaponry - Fielding a number of energy weapons, the vessel is well capable of punishing those that stand against it.
- + Long Range Wallop - The addition of a Proton Beam Cannon adds to the armament of the vessel immensely.
- + Our Shields Can Repel Firepower of that Magnitude - Layered shields form a hyper-effective barrier against enemy attacks.
- + I've lost the bleeps, the sweeps, and the creeps - A number of systems are on board that aid in the disruption of communications around the vessel, possibly extending to a close proximity planet.
- + Watch where you jump - The Hyperspace Pulse-mass generator can cut off hyperspace jumps around the ship by enemy vessels.
- + Molecular Shielding - Contributes to the power output in a fight by absorbing energy from incoming enemy fire.
- + Quick Launch - With catapult pressors aiding in the launch of starfighters, squadrons can be scrambled quickly.
- + Intensive Internal Security - The ship has numerous security measures to insure its own safety in case of slicing attempts.
- + Comm Lasers - Even with complete communication lockdown, it can still transmit orders via laser comms.
- + Sensor Jammer - Can interfere with smart missiles using on board targeting systems.
- + Crystal Gravfield Trap - This ship is better able to detect cloaked vessels and objects when the field is active.
- + Four Jawas in a Cloak - Smaller vessels can hide within the Sensor Jammer and Gravity Modulator signal to mask their presence from scanners.
- + Fighting in Style - Up-scaled crew quarters and other comforts almost make this a weaponized cruise vessel.
- - One of A Kind - Being that it is a one of a kind, with specialized internal systems, a large dedicated system is required to repair this vessel.
- - Communication Lock-down - Due to the extreme ability of this vessel to scramble communications, it also affects allied vessels within the field of affect.
- - Shields Limit Firepower - With the use of certain shields, certain armament concessions had to be made.
- - Change Course - The Proton Beam Cannon is a forward facing weapon.
- - Blocked the Exit - The Hyperspace Pulse-Mass Generator also affects allied vessels in the area.
- - More Power - The ship requires massive amounts of power for the numerous systems on board.
- - Bring them Home - It takes much longer to recover starfighter's than compared to a usual vessel, especially in a comm's lock situation as manual signals must be used.
- - Please Hang Up, and Try Again - Laser Comms are line of sight, and limited range.
- - Dumb weapons - Unaffected by the equipped sensor jammer, and makes the jammer ineffectual.
- - To Big to Hide - Given the length, energy, engine signatures, this vessel can be seen coming from a long ways away.
- - Large Target - Low maneuverability, speed, and massive size make this a favorable target.

A number of hands provided aid in the development of this one off vessel. Initially, it was a mere joke on the wall of a few engineers that decided the Armada needed something unique. After several groups came to the same conclusion however, the note was taken down and a number of voices were raised to what it needed when the project began. A general bulletin of commission was put out among the engineer sphere. Little did the group expect the large outpouring of assistance that followed with the news travelling via word of mouth.
A great number of drafters came out of the scintilla with the first wave of help to be offered, designing the general shape of the ship and it's internal systems to be well guarded in case of enemy boarding. Numerous bulkheads and choke-points are available to the defenders of the station, with sections being put under the protective harness of blaster neutralizers within the sectioned off bulkhead areas. Large funnel points that are directly affected by the neutralizers were designed in case of boarding, leading off from most general entry points from the surface levels of the ship. Most all of the important components and systems are centered around the core of the vessel, layers of hallways with a systematic design for protection and defense engineered into the vessel. The drafters worked tirelessly, placing weapons systems along the entirety of the vessel. Four tractor beam projectors also grace the length of the hull, two on either side to allow for capture of vessels, or at the very least holding them for bombardment while two more are at the nose of the vessel for the same purpose.
Engineers and fabricators came out of the Scintilla, making their way to the Floating Mess when the drafters were finished, further adding to the design in their own ways. The layering of armor plating, along with a therma-gel layer beneath for kinetic absorption, along with keeping the swept design of most vessels to allow for glancing shots from solid rounds. The minimalist design in regards to external components allowed for secure construction and containment of electronic compartments, allowing the damage control software easy direction in terms of guidance for repair crews. Ease of access and service was always top notch in consideration for the crew that had to work on these components. Some were of course, unable to be easily located for ease of access, but they were made to be serviceable in some manner.
While the engineers and fabricators worked alongside the construction workers, interior designers began working once the hull was environmentally sealed and controlled. The entirety of the ship has been made from fine materials for crew comfort. The large crew capacity required a large crew housing system. The extreme size made available to them afforded the extreme use of crew comfort in their mind. Corellian Leather for the seats, a number of comfort materials of higher quality than standard barracks grade provisions for the entirety of the personal quarters levels that are towards the top of the ship. The Command Information Center is another stop for the interior designers, along with every gunner position inside the vessel where they designed the seats for comfort in long flights and fights. Adjustable settings on each for small amounts of personal comfort and so on.
A number of places of note were created when physicians, medics, doctors, and other health experts came aboard, places to exercise and keep fit while travelling for long periods of time made into modular systems that store away to some degree while unused. A dedicated medical bay with a variety of instruments capable of complex operations, and designed to be more than capable of handling swathes of wounded was also added towards the loading bays of the vessel. Onboard gardens are scattered throughout the vessel to break the constancy of military thought. Water reclamation systems ensure that no water is wasted when tending to the crew and gardens paired with use of onboard ultraviolet lighting systems generate a natural cycle for plant life to recycle onboard air as well. Small recreational rooms are also available to off duty crew, ranging from a large collection of books, holo-vids, and other small things to break the monotony of life in space. The galleys are of custom make, easily housing a large number of troops in each, and while not stocked with the finest as a typical luxury ship, it is a step above the typical slop served to most military groups.
When they were done, another, smaller group stepped in as the computer systems were installed. While the military groups had been assured that the group of tech-heads had indeed been cleared to come aboard, the group no less made them largely nervous. Cast out from most societies because of their skills, slicers from all over endeavored to make the ship as difficult a prize to crack open as possible. They would test numerous systems in conjunction with one another, opting for the dissuasion of attempts at the daunting wall that faced slicers attempting this system. Each one tested the last, spoke about possible solutions to the holes left in their systems, and then worked together to fix it. The process continued, with the addition of automated systems and more advanced systems being brought in from force only known where by the slicers. The final addition came from an old man, seemingly benign as he approached the group with a piece of software that made them all stumble for air. The crown piece of the defensive network being the bio-hexacrypt system. As quickly as they came, the group left and drifted back to their homes before another group descended.
The weapons experts. Numerous targeting software and weapons upgrades were brought aboard, each tested with the shielding units until a compromise between the shield implement group and weapons group was made. No physical weapons for the purpose of extreme shield layering was agreed upon, at least none expected to exit the shields. While the weapons crew did not enjoy the restriction, they made the most of it by maxing out what they could with the available weaponry both offensive and defensive. A few special orders were made, weapons experts making note of particularly useful weapons systems for long range engagements as the shield based group also made special arrangements of their own. Multiple shield layers were worked in by the construction crews, and special designed turrets for the pair of Solar Ionization Cannons. Those weapons brought about another requisition for special shielding and the project moved forward after that piece of tech was acquired. A proton beam cannon was fitted along the bottom of the hull, and a myriad of weapons fitted to the hull by the designs made by the drafters. Once the weapons were tied into the system, the construction crews tied together the AR-0B armor component, only having to make slight modifications for the number of sensors that were to come shortly after.
The next group to offer their help were a number of tacticians, scanner jockeys, and even a few pirates. At the time, they were long retired pirates, but no less remembered their experiences. A number of sensors were brought to the table, some having been sniped off of derelict vessels, some from black market purchases, and others were simply copied. A number of systems were put into place for controlling the flow of information on the battlefield, by simply ending communication on the battlefield. Laser communications were brought aboard as a backup for the ships own need for communications, but sensor scramblers, the electronic interference mast, even a satellite ripped from unknown space where it had drifted to, were crammed into the system. Electroscopes were added as a last just in case system for identification. A number of droid brains were installed to aid in navigation and processing on the bridge.
