- Description: The Healing Center is a tropical retreat for anyone looking for rest, recovery, and healing. Built into the tropical landscape of Kattada, it is in a tranquil location with a clear view of the waves. As such, water was incorporated in the overall design -- and it is a focus of healing power. There are private healing/meditation rooms available, and a number of suites for those needing a longer stay (additional lodging is available at the Temple itself). Much of the design was Celeste's own vision, she wanted something with a modern, serene feeling and something that would fit nicely into the natural splendor of Kattada.
Multi-purpose rooms (public and private): Calm, tranquil rooms with minimal details to aid in concentration. These can be used in private meditation or booked for healing sessions with one of the Staff Healers. Each room features meditation crystals and standard healing crystals. Healing Crystals of Fire can be placed here upon request. These rooms may also be utilized for counseling services upon request.
Healing Waters: The Healing Center features two pools -- an outdoor infinity pool (features a hot-tub) and an indoor pool (with dry sauna). Both pools feature water from the oceans of Kattada, which are naturally enriched with beneficial algae. The water is also amended with Kolto from Manaan to boost healing properties.
Health Spa: an inviting area of the Healing Center that is perfect for recovery (or just a bit of pampering). It is a clean, modern space with private rooms, a tea lounge, and a sun room with a view of the ocean. A number of luxury treatments are available.
Services:
Healing Stone Massage (therapeutic) - heated force-sensitive stones and traditional massage therapy for relaxation.
Force Balancing Massage (force healing) - flexibility, mobility, pain management, stress relief.
Deep Tissue Healing (force healing) - circulation, muscle tension, stretching, physical therapy.
Seaweed Wrap - a full body wrap crafted from locally sourced seaweed. Tranquil music, meditative time in the presence of a Healing Crystal of Fire.
Healing Water Bath - a private soaking tub featuring the healing waters of Kattada and Kolto from Manaan.
Sensory Deprivation chamber - a peaceful float in complete solitude, balancing and cleansing for the mind.
Terrace: a lovely and restful place to take in the sunrise or sunset. There are lounge chairs as well as bistro tables, and a large covered area that's perfect for gathering. Fitness classes are occasionally held here, as well as group lessons for those seeking to learn more about healing.
Medical Suites: standard patient rooms for those in need of medical care. Onsite tissue synthesizers, bacta tanks, research laboratory, and medical droids. The Healing Center is equipped to handle medical emergencies, minor injuries, and routine care. However, major surgeries will need to be done elsewhere -- Kashyyyk or Commenor.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
As a Jedi Master dedicated to the art of healing, Celeste Rigel-Starchaser decided to open her own center as part of the Kattada Jedi Temple complex. With the assistance of her husband, Coren Starchaser, a number of fellow healers (former Silver Circle members) and friends (Auteme), the Healing Center became a reality. Having worked for several years at the Halls of Healing on Kashyyyk, Celeste is well-versed in running the day-to-day in a hospital setting. However, her focus here on Kattada is more about rehabilitation and healing for the mind and body -- with less emphasis on medical practices.
Patients needing surgical procedures are seen generally seen on Commenor or Kashyyyk and may be transferred to the Healing Center for recovery. This is also an ideal location for those suffering after injury or trauma.
