Heavy Lifting

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Location: Mos Eisley, Tatooine, Outer Rim Territories
Dax had never seen such a hive of scum and villainry...and yet that was exactly his destination. As he entered the cantina, he could smell the alcohol, smoke and spice. It fell in sickening blankets, choking all the clean air out from the area. He took a seat in the darkest corner of the cantina, facing the entrance, the kitchen door to his left. He sat in shadows awaiting his contact. He didn't like these kinds of deals but he needed new supplies. Not much of a choice left...

"I want my money next week Jaree, that info didn't come cheap." Tydus was speaking with a man at the other table as he slide a Data pad across the table and his coat arm extended to the man across from him. The cybernetic limb was very noticeable for the noise it gave off, but the flat black made it look like a glove from a distance.

The man was a human, looked at Tydus as he went for the Pad, "All you Info Broker, think you own information."

Tydus got up without looking at the man, then started to walk away, "My time is worth money Jaree, don't waist it, I'll be in contact." He walked around the bar for a few second, already noticing that [member="Dax Fyre"] was sitting at a table in the back. He wanted to make sure the man wasn't followed. Tydus wasn't of any importance and that's how he liked it, but he was still precautions, so he placed a Com Jammer under one of the Bar Tables, making any long distant communications difficult. He then walked over the him, and sat at the table.

Tydus still had his Faceplate on and his Voice Modifier made him sound more robotic, "Hello Mr. Fyre, I hope your trip to this.... Paradise of scum wasn't too, difficult." Tydus was an Info Broker, looking up the picture of someone he was working with was easier then paying his bill, if he had any.

"Oh it was a wonderful flight...the airline food was perfection" the young man said. He had to admit the info broker seemed much more threatening than he'd ever imagined an info broker would. Regardless he had business with the masked man, and he intended to see it through. "I need information on a particular person. One who would prefer to remain in the shadows...one who is very dangerous as well." Dax explained to the man.

Tydus looked at the man, his motors and hydrology in his arm began to make noise as he lifted his arm from the table to his pocket and pulled out a Data Pad. This was very obscured, short information, he knew a lot of deadly killers, smart spies, and specialized Mercenaries. He began to speak with his vibrating robotic voice, "Your gana need to be more... Specific Mr. Fyre, I know a lot of dangerous People," He brought a wire from his arm and connected it to his data pad, his internal storage was not sufficient enough to hold all his info, so he kept it on Data Pads and would connect to it when he needed the info. Also kept people from Splicing into his head.

Data streamed across his vision, names and locations of contractors of all sorts, he looked at [member="Dax Fyre"] through the data. "It might help me if I know what you are looking for, and what your gana get... Into?"

"A Sith...a very powerful Sith. He's been taking Jedi recently...for what I don't know...and what I'm getting into is frankly none of your business.". Dax says to the mechanical man. "All you need to know is this. The Order has taken away my credit line. But what they haven't taken away are my skills. Skills that could be very useful to someone of the likes of you." Dax leaned forward, putting his elbows on the table, "Whatever you need getting done, I can get it done. Having a Jedi in your debt is a powerful card." Dax hoped he hadn't played his hand too soon. But to be honest, he was getting desperate. Time felt as if it were running out far too quickly.

The man, [member="Dax Fyre"], seemed to be getting... Intense. Tydus rather enjoyed seeing the emotions of huminoids express in such a way they are easily readable. But then his entertainment slipped away as Mr. Fyre stated he was a Jedi. Force users were trouble, always were, his hand slid from the table to his blaster on his hip. As he was about to draw it though, data on a Darth Ferus appeared on his Vision Screen.

Interesting....

He kept his hand on his blaster but spoke, "Here's the deal Mr Fyre, you help me with a small problem with my supply chain, and I'll give you as much info on your target as you wish."

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax nodded and leaned back. "Alright. You've got a deal...and take your hand off that blaster You're not the one I'm after." The Force was a mysterious thing. Sometimes it gave him fair warning, other times it didn't. He was slightly amused at the info broker, however. He would have thought, given where he is, that the man would have felt less threatened. But then again the reputation of the Jedi meant people did not like him at all around here, and would sooner put a bolt between his eyes than help him. He was lucky that this man was not one of the latter, electing to helpmhim.

His hand lifted from the blaster and raised above his shoulder, the other still holding the Data Pad. Still looking at [member="Dax Fyre"] he said, "Apologies, you.... Jedi, often bring trouble, but your target is an interesting fellow, at least rumors about him make most people steer clear, he chuckled a little behind his mechanized voice, "Plus I have no love for the Sith, or their lords, so you'll need some weapons to even the odds at least, only problem is that my warehouse was.... Let's say taken from me, I need it back, he waved his hand in a circle around his head, in a motion of "Sort of", "You help me with this, you take what you need from the warehouse and, I give you the info you need."

He put the data pad on the table and pulled a second one from his waist band and passed it over to him.

Data: Darth Ferus / Sith Lord ___ Assaisin, Blade Master, Blacksmith ____ High within the Sith Order, considered a Master of multiple Blade Stances and Techniques ____ [Information Incomplete] ....

Dax examined the datapad, scanning over the information. There wasn't a lot there...but it was a start. "A generous offer. You've got yourself a deal.". He said to the man setting the datapad down. "What kind of opposition can we expect at the warehouse?" he inquired.

[member="Dax Fyre"]

"You'll get the rest of the Data after we complete the mission,", He puts the data pad away and moved his arms back onto the table. He looked around to see if anyone was listening. Satisfied with his assumption he continued, "This is a Weapons Warehouse, filled to the brim with weapons, droids, and power cells, some.... Droids took the warehouse and killed my men, as far as I know that's the only opposition we will face, security footage cut out after their initial infiltration."[/i

He looked over to the man, "You have any weapons?"

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax nodded, "My saber, obviously, and a blaster pistol. When kinda arms they got?" Dax asked, tapping his leg. The idea of a fight had made him excited. Perhaps a little odd for a Jedi but he certainly liked a good fight when it came. "My ship has some cannons too, but I don't think you wanna blow the warehouse to bit either. So yeah." Although lightly armed, when using his Force Powers as well, the young man could certainly handle a few droids.

[member="Dax Fyre"] [member="Reen Lorgon"]

Seriously? Is he just suppose to assume every Force User has a Light Saber with them? He didn't know much about Force User culture, nor did he really care. Force Users were a problem in the Galaxy, but if he could use one to get the weapons he needed then really, how can he complain.

"I'm not sure, looked like regular blaster, so." He stood up and maneuvered his coat to cover his body, "Lets go make sure, you got any business left in the city, I suggest you finish it now."

[member="Dax Fyre"]

Tydus almost cringed at the sound of a Jedi calling him a friend, but his face mask covered this. He instead looked onto the man and nodded, "Well we are heading to Conglomerate Prime, I suggest we get a move on, the Papers I have will only last another couple days, and we got a ride ahead of us."

He started to walk to the door, knowing where the Jedi parked his space craft. Again Info Broker, this was easy.

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax followed the man. He didn't even question the fact that he knew where his ship was...info broker and all..."You got a plan there? Or are we just going in guns blazing?" Dax asked as he moved throw the street, weaving in between people.

He continued to walk, and tapped a button on his Pad to turn off the Com Jammer, anyone in the Bar can now get Coms out. He looked back at [member="Dax Fyre"], "Oh ya, I got the Shut off Codes for the Droids and the codes for the security system, just need someone to hold off the Droids so I can get it done."

The warehouse was previously his after all. He was a simplified man, preferred to do a little work as needed to get the job done. Fighting all the droids didn't seem like a good use of his time, this would be quicker.

The Reaper of Won Shasot
"So I just gotta keep you alive? That I can do." Dax said now walking beside the man. His ship slowly came into view as he spoke, "You want me to try to keep the droids intact? We could reprogram them."

[member="Dax Fyre"]

He stopped in his tracks.... you can do such a thing? Looking at the man, he chuckled, "Ive been killing things for quite some time, not killing never occurred to me," he pats the man on the back, "For a Force User your not half bad, you keep the droids intact and ill owe you a favor, and I never owe favors to anyone." He continued to the ship thinking, "Damn, never considered that."

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax couldn't help but laugh a little, "You never thought of that?" Dax said with a smirk, "Really? You obviously don't side wth underdog too often do you?" asked the young man as he boarded the empty ship. The interior was rather bland and festures, containing the standard cream colored interior. He made his way to the engine room to check on the hyperspace drive.

"I avoid trouble like the Plague, troubles bad for business, and that means Bad money." He walked into the Space Port, "Interesting Ship, haven't seen one of these... actually ever?"
