Hector Tactical was formed by Rannux Sevesu as a way to bypass his jurisdiction in the Eternal Empire. He wanted to expand his experience in security and intelligence by creating a private military force. Mostly recruited from the Eternal Empire's very own Blackwatch, this organisation is a highly trained task force. Paid to do tasks such as protection, infiltration, and extraction. They are stationed all around the Eternal Empire's territories, one of their facilities being on Gatania.

Their headquarters are on Zakuul though, due to its connection with the Blackwatch. Partnered with various companies such as H.U.T.T & Apex Corporations, they are constantly funded for more projects, even being hired to build and protect some of the Eternal Empire's most dangerous weapons.
