Dealing with abuse dealt by his alcoholic father, Von proceeded to study the anatomy and surgery.
At the age of 18, Von discovered that his father had passed away due to complications with his liver and the young Von proceeded to experiment even further. He dealt with depression for years, finally able to earn his medical license. After years of work, Von finally became a General surgeon himself.
