Heinir is an adult Norr male career army commissioned officer; he is built like a house, standing a little over seven feet tall with a body made from slabs of contoured lean muscle attached to his frame. Heinir's physique has more muscle mass than the average Human has total body mass. Heinir has cultivated a wild appearance a luxury afforded to him being away from the operational environment. His appearance has been calculated to reflect that of ancient Norr warriors of antiquity. Heinir's blonde hair has been grown so long to flank his bulked-out pectoral muscles and braided in a traditional style, and his beard is grown long and unkempt, sitting on his chest. The lines of premature aging mark his face, a sign that his life has been dedicated to the harsh existence of soldiering.

[Biography]

Heinir Stonehail is the Ryk's "Haad fan Leger" or Chief of Army in Galactic Basic Standard; he is a career commissioned officer and soldier of the Realm's army. Choleric and Disciplined, he has been an operational commander for most of his career before moving into a staff role and being promoted for his critical thinking and drive to acquire the army's more advanced capabilities in an increasingly hostile galaxy under his leadership, the army has been expanding its' expeditionary capability. Heinir is a father to many children, although as per Norr's custom and realm law, he has not identified himself as such to any of them. He has significant experience as a mentor and takes junior officers under his harsh but fair wings, hoping to guide them in their leadership and technical development.

Personality: Heinir is a traditionalist and maintains a potent dislike for Non-Norr, especially Humanoid aliens, who he views as vermin and beneath the Norr's attention. With Heinir, respect is earned, and he can overcome his racial prejudice against individuals who prove themselves worthy in his eyes. This extends to the Empire; while they are a foreign power, they have held the galaxy entirely in their palm at times. Heinir's vicious social Darwinian outlook lends credibility to Imperial ideology and way of governance. Heinir detests lies and deception so pervasive through galactic politics that he will accept a subordinate failing in their duties only if said subordinate confesses to their short failings and demonstrates sufficient insight and self-reflection to identify how the failure came to pass. Heinir views foreign force-wielders with contempt, believing that their power and strength are not their own, being unceremoniously and vaingloriously pilfered from the ancestors who dwell in the otherworld. Regarding foreign policy, Heinir is a ruthless pragmatist and believes the concept of permanent alliances or friendships is false, that there are only permanent interests. As such, he feels no compulsion of loyalty to the Empire.

Heinir is a competent tactician and inspiring commander; he is well-renowned among his subordinates, and were it that he wasn't disinterested in politics and a man of ruthless ambition, he may be a competitor for the position of Archon.

Bad-Tempered: Heinir isn't a negotiator or a politician; he is quick to impatience and outbursts when angered. In a duel, he is vulnerable to falling into the trap of being goaded by cuts calculated to do just that; goad a response.
