Description: The Anti Tank Missile Launcher-24 was designed by Noah Corek,the CEO of Hekler'Kok Defense Industries,to help the Mnenchei Dominion in taking out armored targets. This weapon has not only great stopping power,being able to punch through nearly 40 centimeters of armor,but is highly accurate when it comes to aiming. But do to the massive force it has,it also has a high amount recoil. Its accuracy can be attributed to its targeting system,which locks onto the heat signature and launches the 80mm heat seeking missile the tube holds towards its target.

• Logically, a weapon which has high recoil, and is apparently dumbfire, is not accurate. Please give warrants as to why the weapon is so highly accurate and why the recoil from the weapon would specifically kill the wielder, rather than the obvious mistake of a bystander standing behind the weapon while it is being fired and getting smacked in the face.
• Is it dumbfire or does it have a tracking system? Heat-seeking, etc?
