In a bid to expand Hekler'Kok's product line, and to create a stockpile of armaments for a organization Noah is attempting to establish, Hekler'Kok R&D department began work on a wide variety of weapons, armor, vehicles and ships. The first product they began to design was a combat knife that could also double as a tool as well.
Like any Hekler'Kok product the team started with choosing the materials for the knife. Originally the team had thought of constructing the blade out of Cortosis but due to the rather brittle natural of the metal is was found to be undesirable, instead choosing to create the blade out of Quadanium Steel and instead plated the blade in Cortosis-Weave to still give it a degree of protection from lightsabers. Plastoid was chosen for the grip due to its durability and rather light weight and the sheath was made of Synth-Leather to give the knife a bit of flair.
After these things were done the features that would be added to the knife. A serrated edge were added on the the opposite side to the blade to increase the utility viability of the knife. The sheath was made self-sharpening to help The final touch to the knife was the inclusion of a ultrasonic vibration generator to turn the knife into a vibroknife, increasing both its lethality and it's effectiveness as a tool.
