- High Stopping Power: Just like with the CBP-01 the design team were able to cram a surprising amount of modifications into the rifle to give it a good amount of stopping power
- High Rate of Fire: Similarly as with the CBP-01 the design team decided to capitalize on the rifles high stopping power by pairing it with a high rate of fire
- Heavy Recoil: Due to a combination of the high stopping power and rate of fire and light weight of the rifle it also has a rather heavy recoil to go along
After finishing work on the on the CBP-01 in hopes of increasing their profits they found that it did indeed give them a small bump and so they set to work on creating more blasters to rake in even more profits from a wider variety of customers. After deciding next they choose to create a blaster rifle as it was the next obvious step up from a blaster pistol. It was at this time they found that BlasTech, the company that had originally produced the model they used for the pistol, made a entire line of blasters based off of the pistol and so they decided to modernize the blaster rifle variant.
After this they needed to decide on the materials that would be used in the blaster and just like the pistol before it the materials used were pretty typical in Hekler'Kok weapons. Plastoid was used for the grip and handguard for its durability and to save on weight. They used Hekler'Kok's patented Titanium-Alusteel Alloy for the exact same reasons they used Plastoid and finally the lined the barrel with Chromium to reduce wear and tear on the barrel.
As always after his they design team moved to the last step of deciding on the features to add to the rifle. As with all Hekler'Kok products they added ambidextrous controls to better suit all users. The grip and handguard were textured to give users a more accurate grip. They enhanced the targeting scope by giving it a higher minimum and maximum magnification and lastly added in a muzzle flash reducer.
