- 6x Missiles per Cluster
- 4x Active 3D Radar Targeting Arrays
- Magnetic Attachment System
- 360-Degree Automated Traverse System
- Active Protection: Using three separate 3D active radar targeting arrays as well as a high explosive missile with with ball bearings the 'Dome' can detonate incoming munitions, from missiles to rockets to tanks shells, through either hitting them directly with the missile, the ball bearings hitting and piercing the munition of the blast pressure causing the munition to prematurely detonate
- Overwhelming: The 'Dome' has a limited amount of missile per cluster, this amount being four, and as such it is possible to overwhelm the system by simply firing more munitions at an equipped vehicle than it has missiles, essentially overwhelming the system
With both the 'Citadel' Explosive Reactive Armor and 'Iron Screen' Slat Armor on the market the design team at Hekler'Kok got to work on their last idea for an add-on protective system. While the two previous systems had been a type of applique armor the new system would instead be a type of ordnance and was named the 'Dome' active protection system. They decided that this active protection system would use a guided missile to help destroy other incoming ordnance.
With the basic design and fundamentals of the ordnances operation thought out the design team moved forward with choosing the materials they would use in the construction of the ordnance. For the launcher and missile housing the design team chose Hekler'Kok's patented Titanium-Alusteel Alloy because they have a rather massive stockpile of it and for the fact that it is both light and durable.
