Looking to add a new product line to their growing amount of product lines the Hekler'Kok design team began work on a vehicle they could market and as such began work on such a thing. The team went back and forth on what type of vehicle to make before deciding on a 4x4 wheeled truck that would be cheap to make and easy to maintain. With the basis of the design in mind they began to work on the next step of their design process, choosing the materials that would be used in the trucks construction.
When it came to the materials they would use there were only two real choices for the design team. First Prex-class Composite Armor, a composite armor Noah had developed specifically for armored vehicles, was used for the vehicles armor plating and the all the windows of the truck would be made from Transparisteel.
Next came the features choosing step in their process. The first thing they did was equip the vehicle with multi-link independent suspension, giving the stability when going over rough terrain and better traction. Four wheel drive came next giving the truck great traction in adverse conditions. Heavy duty shock absorbers on each wheel give the occupants a smoother ride. Self-sealing tires allow the truck to keep going even when punctured. All terrain tires give it better traction in adverse conditions. A self-sealing fuel tank prevents the fuel from leaking if it is somehow punctured. A powered turret makes it easier for the gunner to rotate it. A v-hull gives the vehicle protection against mines. A vehicle snorkel allows the truck to ford bodies of water that would usually flood the vehicles engine. A powerful V8 engine was included to boost the vehicles speed as much as possible. Five weapon storage racks were added to allow the soldiers inside to safely store their weapons. A spare tire holder was included to a spare tire in case one of the tire somehow goes flat. Lastly powered windows were added so the soldiers inside could roll them down to either use their own weapons or just for comfort when not in a combat zone.
With these steps done they decided to move onto the last step: deciding on what the armament for the vehicle would be. Instead of making the vehicle only be able to mount a single weapon they made it able to mount a wide variety of weapons, being able to mount a single HMG-01, AGL-01 or RBC-01 or a pair of LMG-01's or GPMG-01's.
