Description: Much like the LA-2 armor the MA-2 armor started from the bottom to the top and with similar materials. The MA-2 consists of roughly the same under-armor as the LA-2 with a bit more thickness to it for more protection. A similar construction of a Titanium-Durasteel Alloy and Ceramics when into the armor plates of the armor with more thickness for the MA-2 allowing for at least four consecutive blaster bolts and up to a standard 7.62x51mm slug to be stopped. The real innovations and extra bits came into play with the extra bulkiness of the armor allowing for more extra features. With the inclusion of a helmet for the MA-2, where the LA-2 lacks it, allowed for a MFTAS System and HUD with ammo counter linked to a database of most of the galaxy's known weapons. The MA-2 can also be hermetically sealed with a thirty minute O2 supply. The last innovation was shock absorbers in the torso armor and can deal with the force and pressure from explosions, the force and pressure mind you not the actual explosions.
