- Quick Individual Barrel Removal System
- Quick Barrel Assembly Removal System
- Extreme Rate of Fire: Due to the fact that the blaster is essentially a light repeater with several barrels and therefore the RBC-01 has a very high rate of fire
- Large Ammo Capacity: Because the RBC-01 has a high rate of fire it goes through ammunition quickly necessitating it to have a large capacity
- Large Size: The RBC-01 like its Clone Wars predecessor is a rather large and cumbersome gun to handle and requires a little bit of manhandling
- Very Heavy: As well as size wise the RBC-01 is just as heavy and this only adds to the strength and handling needed to work the weapon
The final weapon that the Hekler'Kok design team needed to complete their blaster lineup was something that could provide a large amount of firepower. Unfortunately they found that the series of blasters they had been previously modifying did not have a repeating blaster in its line up so they began another search for a different type of blaster. The dabbled with a wide variety of designs such as traditional single barrel repeating blasters before finally settling on a Clone Wars classic, the Z-6 Rotary Blaster Cannon, which provided the right amount of firepower and fire rate.
Once the design was settled on the team moved on of course to the selecting of the materials that the design would be built. They stayed true to the materials they usually used in their weapons selecting Plastoid for the grips due to its durability and to save on weight. They constructed all but the barrels out of Hekler'Kok's tried and true patented Titanium-Alusteel Alloy. The barrels were constructed out of a new Titanium-Quadanium Steel Alloy the design team made just for this for its heat resistance yet lightweight and the barrels were lined with Chromium to reduce wear and tear.
The features of the design came next as always with Hekler'Kok designed guns. As with all Hekler'Kok weapons the weapon features fully ambidextrous controls to facilitate all users. The grips are textured so users can have a better grip in adverse conditions. The last two features go hand in hand with each other. The first being a quick individual barrel removal system which allows for individual barrels to be quickly removed for maintenance or to be replaced. The second is a quick barrel assembly removal system which allows the entire barrel assembly to allow for maintenance or replacement.
