As you all may or may not know a while ago when the planet was neutral I created a phrik mine on the planet and I have it codex approved. Now I'm not the kind of guy who sticks his hand into someone else's fridge without replacing what I took. So my company Reclaimer Arms & Industrial mines there and whenever we sell anything half of what we make or trade goes to the black rose.

I'm not asking to let me just do whatever, I just want to be able to use the stuff I created. So if you guys want we can write up a contract and what not or just carry on as is. I can provide phrik armor, or anything that my company offers. Thank you for everything so far
