Feel free to call me DF for short. I've been lurking around here for about an hour like a lost puppy before I eventually decided to make my newbie post. I've RPed for quite a long time on several different sites. Can't express how happy I was to stumble upon an entire place dedicated to creative content within the SW universe.

I'm a fan of the Mon Calamari (as you've probably guessed by the tags). My first character will most likely be a Mon Cal splicer mechanic who will be a total anti-badass.

Marvel is another franchise I enjoy. I'm a big fan of Doctor Strange, Shang-Chi, Silver Surfer, and Cosmo the Space Dog.

And lastly, Star Wars Rebels. I've got mixed feelings about the show, but overall, I find it entertaining - especially the tie-ins with TCW. Hera and Captain Rex are my favorite characters.

So, I did have a couple of questions regarding Jedi Padawans. Is there a certain criteria Jedi Masters follow for when they feel their Apprentices are ready to be approved as Knights? And what happens if by chance a Padawan can't find a master, or if that master becomes inactive halfway through their journey together? Can the padawan make an attempt to submit for approval, or would they have to start their trial all over again?

[member="Dreamscape Familiar"], the uh, padawan to knight and knight to master system is actually a bit weird to explain, as it depends on the faction, I was promoted to knight purely on the development of my character and my participation in faction threads (not much training involved and no master). You can start as a padawan (or equivalent) and you can work your way up to knight, master is a bit of a more difficult promotion I hear, you need the RPJs approval and several other master's approval. Good luck in your forcer endeavors :3
