Hello Everyone!

Hey guys! I have recently joined Chaos after about two weeks of following various different subs and roleplays almost religiously. I am new(ish) to the Star Wars universe, so I may need some help to get fully versed in the lore etc, but am anything but new to Roleplay and Creative Writing. I do enjoy Star Wars, I promise, I have just never found a reason to read the lore before.
Anyways, I have already come up with a decent concept for my first character that hopefully won't restrict me too much to what roleplays I can participate in while I'm learning the ropes; tell me what you think:

• A First Order defector who was previously a Scout/Engineer.
• He is a great engineer who prefers to stay Neutral within all conflicts unless he thinks it is vital that he helps out.
• Has a very... Grey moral compass. He does things his way, whether that means breaking laws or not.
• He is fuelled by his greed.

Although that is literally the barest bones of the character, I think with some development he could be quite fun to play with and should allow me to fuel my inevitable addiction to making Codex and Factory subs in the future.

(P.S. Won't be roleplaying at all until I've sufficiently kitted out my character with his bio, weapons, armour and tech).
