Coming back to roleplaying after about 7-8 years. Know a few people here so thought I'd join.

Anyway, I've started my character creation (I'll update the bio once I know a bit more how he's gonna fit in here) and I'm looking forward to getting started.

I found joining an open thread, or joining a faction and joining one of their threads.

then since you are an old hand at all of this, and have friends here from other places..private threads to get your feet wet.

I'll give the advice given to me when I was new. Find a faction. It helps give you a group of people to RP with, ask questions from, discords to join, and just a general sense of purpose. If you want to know about the many different wonderful factions here, and what they are about, shoot me a PM, and I'll explain each one to you as best as I can, as well as some of the general site history, if you like. And we can start trying to find you a place to start off at!
