In a way yes, while not by blood Kyrel is one of the last of the Knights of Ren and is a Master of the Knights of Ren , Idolizing Darth Vader and that of the Skywalker Bloodline, following sharing similarities with that of Kylo Ren centuries ago. Now a Warlord of the fallen First Order divided into remnants after being invaded, and knocked down as a major power by invaders from the Unknown Regions, now Lord of Mustafar and the Atravis Sector and leader of the Crimson Hand. So yes he shares similarties and follow the Force Order that was the Knights of Ren similar to the movies but branching in it's own dogma as absolute loyalty and service to the Supreme Leader.
