Hey all! I don’t know what exactly to say here but hello! I’ll be playing as only one character, Alister Blue. Can’t wait to tell some tales we some of you.

WheelOfNerd Do you know what sort of character you'd like to get started with?

My character is a Jedi apprentice, whose master has died, in a very traumatic way to where the apprentice now has severe PTSD, to the point that he’s obsessive, angry and confused. Along with his strict training and the trauma he went through, it has left him obsessed with the Light side of the force and dealing out justice on any, through his own twisted views, that deserve it.

WheelOfNerd Aww, poor thing! For a more pure Jedi-esque Major Faction, you have the Silver Jedi.
Other light-side factions include the Republic and the Grayson Imperium.

thanks! The thing about the apprentice, Alister Blue, is that it’s been 15 years since his master died and he’s been on his own since then, so his abilities are unpredictable and uncertain. Very inconsistent with his ability to use the force. He’s 30 now and hiding out in some hole somewhere lol I’ll have to look into the factions.

WheelOfNerd Trauma makes for great storytelling. I also wouldn't worry about his age vs his Force training, most of the writers here don't keep to the child-training mantras of the Jedi as seen in the movies

Is there a forum that describes the differences in the many factions?

WheelOfNerd No, the factions are member-made and what they're about is determined by their Faction Owner and staff team. You can find faction ads, read them on the SWRP Discord server, or look at what they've written on their front pages and inside their factions to decide.
