Can anyone stop the blank effect at the end of this in photoshop there are no blank layers, I deleted a few from the original gif and am now at a loss as to why its saving 2 or three blank ones at the end of it. They show up as transparent frames in the save for the web interface.

Blank frames are different from blank layers. The (blank) frames can be viewed and edited by enabling the Timeline panel under Window tab in Photoshop.

If blank frames happen again, just go to Timeline and delete the empty frames. :)
