As some of you know, and the rest several thousand of you don't, I have three siblings with mental disabilities. I'm their full-time carer. This is a daily struggle of monumental proportions. For everyone it is a different challenge. I have to look after them constantly, and also help raise them by paying out of my own pocket. My mum is a single mum and can't handle the bills, or them, on her own. It is both physically and mentally draining.

Recently my cousin started a fundraiser, and while I haven't made mention of it, I would like to now. It is in its final days and he still needs money. I can't pay myself because I am so broke it isn't even funny, I'm struggling with money. I can't even give a cent because my mum and I need it to keep my sisters afloat. I don't want your pity though, or your money, but I know that donating to Headspace will go far in helping others who are struggling.

Give it a read, and if you would like to help, any and every donation helps. Headspace is an Australian government initiative, and while many of you are from different countries, we're all one people. We all share one earth.

If you don't donate, I don't blame you, or think wrongly so. I just thought to help my cousin raise money for the cause as I am affected by mental illness on a daily basis, and Headspace can be a massive help. Thanks for reading guys.

When I was in the Boy Scouts, we had a pair of autistic kids in the Troop. We treated them no differently than the other kids in the Troop and they learned a lot and had a lot of fun. In turn, we learned a lot, too.

I can't imagine what you guys are going through, but I know its rough. You're doing good work, Lysle. Keep it up.

I chipped in to help your cousin, though, and as for you, feel free to hit me up if you wanna chat or vent. I'm usually not doing too much lol
