Help With An Avatar

Hey! Would anyone be able to help me out with a new avatar please?
My photoshop skills are abysmal.

I was hoping to have the gif below resized into an Avatar. A border would be nice but it's not important.

Any help would be very appreciated

Here it is! The site won't let me post the picture directly; I hope the link works alright. c:

EzGIF is a free online tool for cropping GIFs and adding simple borders, should you want to change what I did or want a new avatar sometime down the line.
