The Royal Hapan Outbound Fleet was basically Cross' post-in-exile. 870 years ago. He was exiled for genetic and physical experimentation.

Two things: I don't like RPing Pubs... Too much public duty over personal duty and such. And also, the Republic sure as hell doesn't need new fleeters as much as the Suns do.

Also, if you're interested, I might be convinced to do a thread of almost anything. Dunno what specifically. Just no slash fiction.
