- Powerful Blade: With the combined efforts of the Phobium Emitter, Vibration Lens, and Discharge Energy Cell, the blade of Hel's Tooth is undeniably powerful and dangerous to the point, in fact, of being a danger to the wielder herself. The emitter alone is capable of inducing terrible effects similar to its sister Disruption Emitter, the deadliest of which is the infliction of paralysis. The Vibration Lens vibrates with great speed when the weapon is activated and produces a stronger, yet more unstable beam while the Discharge Energy Cell increasing the blade's energy output for increased striking power. The blade is also thus capable of cutting through strong materials and organics with even greater ease than the standard lightsaber and is extremely useful alongside Hel's application of the aggressive Djem So form.
- Krayt Tooth Pommel: As a backup weapon on the lightsaber, the Krayt Tooth can be used as an emergency dagger to stab or slice any enemy who manages to avoid the main blade. It is also an effective stealth weapon as it can kill without alerting others with the light and sound of the lightsaber blade.
- Intimidation: Unique to this blade and for unknown reasons, the ignition hiss and idle hum of this weapon resembles a ghostly scream that echoes in the wielder's immediate area. This has proven to be an effective, albeit discouraged intimidation tactic for interrogation.
- Unstable: The modifications to this weapon make it as much a threat to the wielder as it does the enemy. Because of its unstable nature - taking the form of a vibrating and nearly electrified blade - the weapon can spontaneously short out or burst in the hands of the wielder should they apply too much pressure in combat or misuse it any other variety of ways.
- Heavy and Unwieldy: The number of modifications and the weight of the materials used in the construction of the make it quite difficult to carry and wield effectively which - while meshing quite well with Hel's application of the aggressive Djem So - makes it difficult to combat with opponents of quicker capabilities. As such, should Hel encounter one such enemy and be incapable of defeating them with raw power, she will often fall to the backfoot of the Force and utilize her quicker applications of Force-based Punches and Kicks and even Headbutts. Naturally, this opens up a number of different risks in melee and ranged combat.
- Threat of Darkness: The power this weapon holds, and possibly the implementation of the rare orange Kyber Crystal - of which the meaning has yet to be truly determined - presents the risk of driving its wielder to the Dark Side. This is a fact which Hel's overlooking Jedi Masters were immediately aware of and careful to warn her of upon the forging of it and even consulted with each other on taking the weapon from the Padawan. It is also a fact that the young hybrid has arrogantly ignored in her desire to not only prove herself as a capable Jedi, but as someone who can bring about the era of peace the Jedi have longed to create for eons. In her heart of hearts, Hel truly believes that this weapon is the path towards accomplishing that alongside the Force. As such, because of the deadliness of this weapon and despite her belief in the Jedi, she is want to dive into less than-agreeable-situations and utilize less-than-agreeable methods to complete her missions.
Presumably created a few years after her induction into the New Jedi Order, Mrurh'en'lase's lightsaber is more melee rocket launcher than a blade for civilized combat. With a banshee's scream, the orange blade is ignited from its catastrophic chamber and brought to bear against the threats of the Dark Side, scum and villainy, and otherwise dangerous undesirables. Constructed out of heavy and glaring materials - paramount among them being the Krayt Dragon Tooth obtained through unknown means and the number of damage modifications - this weapon is as heavy and unwieldy as it is unorthodox devastating in the duels it finds itself utilized in.
Because of its appearance and ruin wrought upon the enemy, this blade has been aptly named "Hel's Tooth," swung with vicious abandon complimented by arcs of barely contained energy in the rapid wide strikes of Djem So. Indeed, it is not difficult to know that its purpose is that of curing the Galaxy of its Evil. Even if her brothers and sisters will not see the same viewpoint that the weapon's creator has held since childhood, it will be used to its fullest strengths and the Dark Hybrid will earn her place in the halls of the Jedi.
