Heir of Tenebrae
Karfeddion Development
Darth Imperius did not arrive alone on Karfeddion and the purpose was not create a holiday resort or isolated citadel for brooding and staring into the stars. The planet was to be transformed into a military citadel and logistics hub, providing grounds for deployment and bases for offensives against the Alliance. Hence why the first, second and last considerations were of military nature. It was to be garrisoned, supplied and defended while offering space and storage for armies and fleets to pass through for offensive operations against the decadent and wasteful Galactic Alliance.
Ascendant Citadel
The Ascendant Citadel was to become the heart of the system, a military base hosting armories, training centers, archives, research facilities, operations rooms, hangars and various more military commodities to provide a strong foundation for the surrounding area and indeed, the Empire. For all planning was done and aimed at improving the Empire's military strength, capability and flexibility. The Ascendant Citadel was no exception to that. Heavily fortified and possessing all high grade technology to support its operations, it would also serve as the headquarters for Darth Imperius himself outside the Sith Worlds.
Karfeddion Spaceport
The Karfeddion Spaceport, primarily serving as economic hub for import and export, was to be vastly expanded for the usage of military craft as well. It was to receive several large landing fields to suit the largest planetary assault ships for disembarking and embarking while also providing vast garrisons and barracks for the potential troops to be waiting for transit into warzones. A stricter security as well as further landing bays for civil and economic traffic would be expanded upon to provide a safe and bountiful trade.
Agricultural Sector
Karfeddion is a lush and rich world, known for two things, slavery and high domestic agricultural production. As the former was outlawed by some short-sighted, inferior being, the latter had to be expanded and streamlined while receiving a new workforce. Imported droids from Iokath and Zakuul are to replace general labor shortages while providing a large surplus of the agricultural products. Advances in farming technique and technology are meant to cope with the increased challenge for the ecosystem. All to serve and be refined into high quality, high protein nutrition bars and rations in the system itself to feed the armies of the Sith Empire.
Slavery Repurposed
The Senex-Juvex sectors were rather infamous for its slave trade and employment of slaves throughout the feudal houses, even after the Empire came, the local tithes allowed for less scrutiny in how the law was enforced. Slavery in accordance with Imperial Law is now being completely undone, even though it is a large strain on the local economy. The freed slaves though are not given any freedom but are instead selected, separated, evaluated and shipped to Stormtrooper facilities or repurposed as forced laborers until replaced by droids receiving a minimal wage and prefab homes at their work. All children under the age of eight are shipped to Stormtrooper facilities with those found particularly skilled, strong willed or of Force sensitivity, they are given to either the Hand of the Heir or Korriban Academy.
The Hand Sees, The Hand Wields
All the developments are closely monitored, overseen and organised by the Hand of the Heir, Darth Imperius' powerbase, led by the Knights Tenebrus. They are at the forefront of making his vision come to reality and as ruthless as they efficient. The Force-sensitive warriors work together with Hand Stormtroopers to provide direction and enforcement of the policies issued by the new ruler.
