Here's a lesson in cockiness

[member="Vallory"]

Grandmaster, stardust had been offered it for her services, as such h stardust quickly took it and had been on commenor a lot more along side picking up the pieces of the city finding her husband store once more and begin fixing things so that her family may return again to a home

However for the moment she was at the temple overseeing reconstruction of the temple and business within it. She entered what would be her room to stay and office as she sighed and looked around the area knowing she would have this decorated within a week or so.

A familiar presence creeped in the back of her mind...

Vallory sighed. She had planned to visit her master since the spar. Apparently, she still had much to learn. And even though she held nothing against Nyx Tempest for having beaten her in the spar, it showed her a lot that she needed to learn on. Such as how cocky she had gotten and needing discipline. Vallory believed that [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] could help her with these things, teach her more.

Once Vallory arrived, donned in a cloak as still she was unsure of her presence on the planet of Commenor. And at the site of the reconstruction happening on the palace, she reached out through the force to try to get Stardust's attention.

There it was, that feeling she had was someone close and endear to her. Turning from her room stardust slowly started through the halls careful to not get in the way at all of the workers fixing the temple up. She exited and covered her eyes for a brief moment as her eyes adjusted to the light and smile seeing her apprentice not far away.

Walking closer she looked down and smiled

it's good to see you vallory, I'm glad you could arrive actually I've been meaning to talk to you for a little bit actually that is if your not keeping someone waiting

She teased and offered a smirk

Vallory stood out in the open, still cloaked. A few odd looks was all she earned until her master arrived. She was quick to move to her, throwing her arms around her in a hug. Then soon, broke the hug as [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] began to speak, and she just managed to catch her smirk. She could only roll her eyes. "No, I am not keeping anyone waiting...she is busy with her own things in her life" Vallory answered to her.

Then, she sighed lightly. "I did have a spar with her...lost. I got cocky, but she is also more skilled then I thought she may be."

Stardust hugged her back, smiling as she patted her back gently and let go. Her apprentices relationship was one stardust knew she had to accept, the girl did not by any means seem like normal Sith but rather more like vallory in a way

I'm glad to hear, I need to.meet her again one day maybe when my duties have eased a bit

Seeing her sigh she frowned, then relaxed glad it wasn't nothing severe as she nodded her head ans smirked crossing her arms

you learned a hard lesson, being cocky can get you killed your lucky that you learned during a spar....but i suppose I'm to blame a little. I never taught you serious hand to hand combat or anything of the like seems I made that mistake

Vallory was glad to be seeing her master again after a bit of time. She had grown attached in a way, in many ways in fact. Through training and a special relationship to Stardust. But she did not think very long on the soft comforting chat as they moved onto the more urgent matter.

"I believe I need more training with this lightsaber of mine...better ways to keep the opponent at bay and at a distance" she began to explain. There was much more that she needed. "It is the best way for combat, for me...at least so I believe."

Stardust stood up straight again and placed her arms behind her back as she listened looking to the saber as she nodded and looked towards it...saber whip...truely a weapon that required skill and the know how

indeed with that saber yout a two fold attack, one is as you said distance the other is disarming then attacking your opponent, comes let's head into the temple and to the training area there is no clashes currently so we can learn there

She turned ans motioned for her to follow. A saber whip, stardust had never encountered the weapon herself yet from what she read she had a idea of how to use it...maybe if she creates one herself she could learn with her apprentice and help her. Walking through the halls they came to a open area as she nodded her head

here we are
