Hex Map Help

Hi

I don't have access to a Hex grid so I kinda need a simple assistance.

I need a Hex Grid placed over This map. I am planning a War Game so I don't want the Hexs too big, but I won't tell you how to do your job. Anyways if you could he I would really appreciate that.

No I meant just putting a Hex Grid over the picture. If not then if you can create an urban environment with streets and homes then that would be appreciated as well.

How many hexes wide by tall do you want it?

Let's go with a 25 high by 20 long, is that doable or should I make it smaller?
