Anyway, just wanted to say hi and I'm new here. I have been rping for about three and a half years, and this site looks very promising.
I only have two questions: Are we only allowed one character at a time? And if not, how many are we allowed to have at a time?

Welcome to the site and you can make as many as you want, but iwould recamend to start with one untill you get a hang of the site.

You are allowed as many characters as you can think up bios for. Though I recommend not making too many, and getting bogged down. It's fairly common.

I do highly recommend the Atrisian Empire for one of them!
