Sub-accounts are created from your Writer's Profile Page by clicking in the upper right hand corner "Characters" then "Add Sub-Account".

Now. You can log into them by pulling down the drop-down box next to your top banner on any page. Just scroll to the top of any page, find your name and avatar in the upper left hand corner, and pull down on the box nearby.
