Strengths:

• [ Catch Me If You Can ] - These little beauties are prime for one major thing, recon. One is able to charge in, then out, swift and with little noise made in doing so. The main reasons being the Shadowsilk dampening sound, while the alchemized Altagak speeds a persons leg speed to nearly 50 kmh when used by a FU. For the average soldier, one that cannot pump energy into it for the extra boost, the boots raise one's speed to 30 kmh.

Weaknesses:

• [ Don't Hurt Me.. ] - These boots provide, zero defense. They are as brittle as the average leather they are made from. Even the bones are brittle and not durable by any means
• [ Yellow Light ] - The biggest issue one will find with reaching these max speeds, besides wind damage, is that coming to a stop can easily be fatal
• [ No Combos ] - Foreign alchemy within a meter will deactivate the benefits within the boots (Merr-Sonn alch is non foreign)
• [ Gonna Quit Soon ] - There is a major time limit to length of time the boots are able to enhance ones speed. If used up, they must refill with a supply of energy from the Force, hence gaining better speed when used by FU as they can push the amount of energy used - but one cannot speed the refill up. (Can run extremely fast, top speed, for two posts)

Description: Spotting the growth in the field of protective foot wear, with abilities and without, Valashu sent men to look for extra perks that would be able to be utilized in boots. They came across animals that were superior in stealth, some that held heat resistance, but lastly came the Altagak. These reptilian predators are incredible, able to reach massive bursts of speed. At this it was contemplated whether one should use the hide of the beasts, but this was pushed aside, as amount necessary would be incredible. So instead, they chose a much easier material, by means of crushing the Altagak bone to dust, alchemizing it in the process, too then coat a middle layer between outer hide and inner cloth.

Tested, true and able, it was quickly noted that speeds could be reached beyond what most believed possible by traditional means. This though could be dangerous, as it was found that stopping or slowing, even altering trajectory to quickly, was fatal. There was a potential for slipping, slamming into walls, or any other number of miscalculations. Because of this, a warning is given with each of the sales: "These are dangerous, use them at your own risk!"

Shadowsilk is added as a means to assist in quieting stomps.
