Well I was curios in finding a new rp group when I stumble upon this awesome sight . I am a HUGE Star Wars fan. The movies. Books. T.V. Shows. Games. Toys. You name it and there's a good chance I own it. I mean what's not to love, right? lol

Anyways I've done rp before but never with a sight with such scale. I'm really happy to have found it and hopefully can get some insight in what to do and what not to do and just to hopefully have fun.

Just a quick question about the pictures for character: can it be anything or is there a rule about them?

Welcome to Chaos! Answering to your question: No, it can be anything. There are no rules except using common sense , as in don't put in pornographic stuff.

Also if you're as big as a Star Wars fan as you say: What was Ahsoka Tano's military rank in the Clone Wars animated TV show?

And no real rule about Character Picture - I mean, keep it PG-13 friendly obviously, but if you choose to have a man, woman, frog, Marshmallow Man or whatever, just have a story for them and you're good to go!

You can use any image you like to represent your character (just remember the board has a PG-13 rating and you'll be fine). You can use a canon character (though you can't play them!), a drawing, an actor etc, even if someone is already using the same face.

So unlike most other sites you'll find Chaos is unique, almost revolutionary in its character creation concepts! You can be almost anything of any race, skill, or quality. I emphasize almost because force users have to start out at the lowest rank Ie Padawan, Acolyte, Witch Initiate, etc unless your transferring a rank from another site in which case you need to provide proof of each promotion.

There is a Banned Species/Characters thread as well as a Character Creation thread you can check out. But if you don't see something on that banned list its fair game! There isn't a mandated profile template format as you'll see scrolling through some peoples characters we tend to customize them, so feel free to customize yours however you'd like!

Sweet. Good to know. And yeah, was considering to have a force user be first so at least now I know they'd have to start out as padawan. Makes sense too the more you think about it lol. But yeah, once I figure out what they look like I'll work on a background and all that.
