Hi! Take me to the Academy!

Hi! So thanks to Ember, I've joined. Both the writer and the character need plenty of help in the department. The character probably more, I've done some combat/training/dueling with other characters though barely any, to be fair.

For now, it's just gonna be Curupira, but in time I might introduce others as well.

So, before I go anywhere and mess it up, I'm mostly curious in the Academy right now before anything else so I was just wondering whether I just post in the challenge thread and specify its for the academy or not? It's probably somewhere but I've been through a lot of threads and pages already and haven't been able to figure this out so help?

It looks like people are free to post in the Academy subsection of the faction, so once you have someone to practice with, you should feel free to start a thread, and if you need any help just tag in (a judge, generally, so Eralam right now) and he'll swoop in with the assist.

Oof, blades are not my speciality! I can give it a shot and learn a bit more with you if you're alright with that, but I would suggest seeking out more practice dummies than myself as I would not be a true representative of a blade wielder. In real life I'm all offense and no actual defense, I know which ways to swing it, and that about covers it lol.

If you don't wanna make it cannon, I still plan on making note of training, even with an npc. But yeah, something pretty simple.

Done. We'll confine it to the GBA and you learning how to write it, for now. If at a later time you want to learn from Alkor IC, I can accommodate you.
