Hey guys, this is my second character on this site and something in the air made me take him to the Empire. Yay for the Empire! Anyway, Rodrigo is a young military officer who fancies himself as a bit of a strategist. Not sure where to start, exactly. Would love to help out here IC and OOC but also would like to learn how you guys go about things. Have been on a few different sites with a few different theories on how to RP with your faction and generally get things done, would love to go with the flow here and do things they way you do them!

To start off, do you guys track the position of specific fleets or do you pretty much just let everyone have free reign? And what kind of ship posting could a young but promising Ensign expect? I'll have a look around at these dominions you've got going, I'm assuming it's okay to just throw myself into those?

Fleets are only specifically tracked in events for fairness, otherwise use good judgement. An ensign typically wouldn't be given command of anything larger than a shuttle or other similarly sized vehicle. He would also serve under other other officers on any other ship you wanted. Akio started as an ensign, and did everything from shuttle command to weapons officer. Its a rewarding way to build a character. And yes as a faction member all faction threads exist for you, so jump in anytime.
