- Large Fuel Cell carrying extra propellant for long range firing.
- Onboard Galactic Positioning System to keep on course.
- EXTENDED RANGE - The Interceptors that these were designed for operate often 3 times the operating range away from their carrier in the purpose of pursuing potential enemy vessels in the area. This missile is designed to be able to be fired on those vessels from great distance without being the fighter being targeted.
- MORE THAN ONE TARGET? NO PROBLEM! - These torpedoes were designed with their own positioning, you could "fire and forget" about them, letting the torpedoes continue on their path.
- WORTHLESS SHORT RANGE - This is a long range weapon. Simple as that. If you can see the insignia on your target, you're too close for this weapon. Because of that, it is more than possible to come up with counter-measures, even (possibly) shoot it down.
- SHOOT ALREADY! - The firing system in comparison to other starfighter launchers is rather slow, making it less viable against fighters. Still deadly, but less viable.
This long range weapon is meant to be used to counter and potentially disable small ships that pose a threat. The dual explosive system, the onboard positioning and large fuel cell enable pilots to target an enemy vessel, fire the weapon and move on.
