High Guard

[Orihime Ike]

Her new status had given her a few chances as she was working on things, with the jedi that were operating as well as the engineers she was preparing herself. First step was with the pieces of equipment they were working on. Specifically as she went over more of it in her mind holding the beamer in her hand with a second section of the baton so she could use it with the others. "So you have this and we'll be able to use it as envisioned correctly?"

She was listenign to them as the workers spoke giving some ideas to them. "It should, the force enhanced baton is being used to provide a stunning pulse when in contact with others." The worker was displaying it and showing the different things within it, a hardlight model they had given in for more of the things. "The force will be int he crystal weave for the enhancement. When gripped the jedi holding it will be able to switch between using one of the paddle beamers and if they tap someone and focus they will be able to send a stun blast that can bypass shields and armor."

Hmm she was thinking about it while looking over the things with a small look at the hardlight display they were doing for the model of it and she had a few ideas for herself when it came down to it. "Alright then, load me up and I'll go test it out with the armor as well as in the field. Know how much some of you guys dislike fieldwork." She said it giving a small grin to the man but got a raised eyebrow at first and then there was a grin while she was prepared for all fo the things. "Alright, good luck knight Ike."

Orihime was looking at him and gave a small look while she was walkign with it and provided herself with a small chance to work on some of the things. THe baton was smooth and sleek with the lightweight metal as the section of the baton that wasn't the beamer tube. Crystals were laced around the baton section glowing blue while she could feel the force infusion. The stun staff they had based it off was from her mother visiting the Aing-Tii and seeing the stun rod being used. Orihime knew testing it out wouldn't be easy but she also knew they could have some interesting times with it.

She was looking at things now, heading out while they had the baton to test but she was also setting up a few more things to work with while she was going towards the testing area they had set up in the citadel. The Silver watch and the jadeite would be able to work on more of the things. Orihime was bringing it up for herself when she touched it prepared to work with it. She could see some of the testers who wore the different armors and robes which was important when she was coming near one of them as she gripped it.

Looking at the one offering to help test her while she pushed over some fo the ideas, Orihime gripped it and could see the blue gold of the crystals in the baton whens he was holding it up towards the one in the armor with a nod of her head. "Alright are you ready?" She was looking at him and getting a small look of interest from him while they were positioning themselves to be ready for her. The jedi kngiht waited for a moment and then looked at her with a small smile on her face for the test when he gave a nod prodding him with the baton.

The man in the suit hadn't been wearing a helmet and standing there when she prodded him with the baton had done one important thing with all of it. Made him twitch and vibrated practically but there dind't seem to be any pain to it just his body receiving a jolt of force energy that made his muscles seize, his mind go blank and while she watched him fall over there was some words from another. "Timber." She watched him but the man lay crumpled on the floor with a nod of her head that it was working on the light armor.

She watched him fall over and was careful while he was wearing the armor and safe on the ground but he was unconscious while she looked at him. A smirk on her face though before she was moving things over to check him and touch his neck. She was able to feel the pulse in his neck while she was looking at some fo the others holding the baton. "That was cool." She said it seeing it with them and what they were going to do before she moved over going near the one with the medium armor for a moment. "Ready?"

Cool cool... they looked at her but Orihime had a small grin on her face. The baton wouldn't hurt most people or species but it was going to work hard to ensure that they were acting well... a new way to calm down some of the padawans when she twirled it in her hand pushing the force into it so it would be strengthened. Able to resist a litghtsaber and she could squeeze the grip while the sound came from the beamer in the shaft of the baton. THen a moment later the paddle beamers beam was striking another armored target for ranged attacks.

The beam struck the armored tester and there was a moment she didn't think it was going to work until he seemed to freeze up standing stiff as a board and then falling over. The beamer was one fo the older pieces of tech that her mother had made and finding a new use for it was well.. it wasn't a bad idea and this was a lot less bulky, a lot less known... and they could give it to some of the security guards in the temple so they could get a surprise drop on a number of others who might try and attack them. All and all more testing but she was happy to sign off on it.
